Absolutely not — and we hear this concern all the time. Our workshops are designed for people who have never set foot on a stage and never plan to. We use improv as a framework for building real human skills, not as a performance exercise. The only thing you need to bring is a willingness to participate. We'll handle the rest.

Most team-building activities create a temporary sense of fun that evaporates by Monday. Our workshops are different because we're targeting specific, measurable skills — active listening, communication under pressure, trust-building — and we give participants frameworks and habits they can actually use back at work. The research on improv-based training backs this up: it produces lasting behavioral change in ways that one-off activities don't.

Our workshops run from 2 hours (Discovery Workshop) to full-day (8 hours) to multi-day retreat experiences. For teams with specific, deep challenges, we also offer multi-session programs over several weeks or months.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for single-day workshops, and 6–8 weeks for retreat packages (to allow time for travel coordination). That said, we occasionally have last-minute availability — it never hurts to ask.
